Designed by Architectus, in association with Ingenhoven Architects (Germany) and constructed by Grocon, 1 Bligh St was completed in July 2011. Linking the floor area of 42 000 m2 is a dramatic 120 metre central atrium. The 6 star Green Star building has won numerous awards including Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat – Best Tall Building Asia & Australasia 2012.

Brighton Australia was contracted to design and construct base building and integrated fit-out works including glazed partitions, glazed doors, perforated metal pan, mineral fibre ceiling tiles,  tubular ceilings, FC cladding, plasterboard ceilings, plasterboard linings, Speedpanel, aluminium skirting, under slab insulation and automatic doors.
