123 Albert Street


Named Best Office Development (Australia) at the 2011 Asia–Pacific Property Award, the Laing O’Rourke constructed 123 Albert Street was Brisbane’s first Premium Grade tower to achieve a 6 Star Green Star rating. With a gross building area of 77,000m2, the project included a 25000m2 integrated fit-out  of office space pre-committed tenant, Rio Tinto.

Brighton was contracted to design and construct interior works incorporating Dibond composite aluminium pentagon ceiling, glazed pivot doors, SAS metal ceilings, doors and door hardware, glazed aluminium partitions, glazed doors, mineral fibre ceiling tiles, automatic doors, plasterboard partitions and plasterboard ceilings.
