Designed by BVN Donovan Hill architects and constructed by Thiess, the 100,000m2 RNSH Acute Hospital was completed in 2013. The project was the winner of two 2013 Master Builders NSW awards in the “Excellence in Construction Awards in the Health Buildings ($500m+)” and “Outstanding Construction” catgories.
Brighton Australia was contracted to design and construct facade and interior works incorporating Colorbond, Vitrapanel, aluminium composite panel, longspan, minicorry. Internal – plasterboard ceilings, plasterboard partitions, glazed partitions, mineral fibre ceiling tiles, fc linings, underslab insulation, ballistic glass and the cafeteria fitout.
