Completed in 2010 by Watpac, The Fender Katsalidis-designed project was named winner of the ‘High Density’, UDIA National Awards in 2010. Trio comprised 397 one, two and three bedroom apartments, including penthouses with rooftop gardens.

Brighton Australia was contracted to design and construct interior works incorporating ceilings, partitions,  cavity sliders and Hebel AAC panels.
